1. As a Pre-Wash Treatment: Apply a generous amount of the oil to dry hair, focusing on the scalp and lengths. Massage gently for 5–10 minutes to stimulate blood flow. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper penetration. Shampoo and condition as usual.

2. Leave-In Serum: After washing and towel-drying hair, warm a few drops of oil in your palms. Lightly apply it to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair to lock in moisture and add shine. Avoid the roots if your hair is prone to oiliness.

3. Frizz Control and Shine Enhancer: On dry hair, use a tiny amount (1-2 drops) and smooth it over the surface of your hair to tame frizz and add a touch of shine. This is particularly useful for touch-ups throughout the day.

4. Scalp Treatment: Once or twice a week, apply a small amount of oil directly to your scalp. Massage gently for a few minutes to stimulate circulation. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes before washing out.
